Cancellation Policy

FOR DOULA SUPPORT SERVICES: Refer to the invoice email you received at the close of your 30 minute consultation call to submit payment. Service is not booked until deposit amount has been paid or service has been paid in full. Invoice must be paid in full 30 days prior to estimated due date. Unpaid invoices will result in immediate cancellation of your tentatively scheduled service and no refund will be provided. If you have booked in-person doula services, you are responsible for finding out if your birthing facility will allow a doula to be in the room with you based on the facility's COVID-19 protocols. If your birthing facility changes their policy to no longer grant access to a doula in the birthing room after your invoice has been paid in full - including and leading up to your labor & delivery - no refund will be provided. FOR PRIVATE YOGA & PRIVATE PRENATAL YOGA SESSIONS: Refer to the invoice email you received at the close of your 30 minute consultation call to submit payment. Service is not booked until invoice is paid in full. Invoice must be paid in full 2 days prior to your scheduled appointment. Unpaid invoices will result in immediate cancellation of your tentatively scheduled session. If you cancel within 2 hours of your scheduled appointment, your payment is forfeit and no refund will be provided. FOR MEDITATE & CHILL AND GREAT PREPARATIONS COMMUNITY CLASSES: All donations are non-refundable. FOR MEDITATE AND RISE SERIES: Total refund available within 24-hours of purchase; otherwise, all sales final.
